Delivery & Setup:
We do not deliver, but we can refer you to a delivery service.
Returns & Canceled Orders:
We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, with a 25% restocking fee, you may reselect another item of equal or greater value. Clearance items and items sold as is, and are non-refundable or exchangeable. Mattress sets, bedding, pillows, mattress pads are non-returnable or exchangeable. No Refunds: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Any item not stocked is considered a special order. All special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit and are subject to cancellation or exchange. Estimated arrival date for merchandise on special orders is approximately 6-8 weeks. Due to the nature of special ordering, we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date. Balance shall be paid in full and merchandise picked up within 14 days from the time all merchandise is received in our store. The customer will be charged a $25.00 weekly storage fee for merchandise held over 14 days.
